How do I book?

How much notice is required?
We require at least 48 hours’ notice for bookings.
Do you take payment online?
Booking and payments are currently arranged by email. Payments can be arranged once availability is confirmed.
How do bundle minimums work?
When items are hired together, the longest minimum hire period applies.
Do you hire car seats?
Not currently. Car seats may be added in the future.
What if something breaks?
Tell us immediately. Normal wear is expected. Damage or missing parts may be deducted from the deposit.
How do deposits work?
A refundable deposit applies per item and is capped at £150 per booking. Deposits are returned after collection and inspection of the equipment.
How is the equipment cleaned?
All items are cleaned and checked between hires. Travel cots are supplied with clean mattresses and covers.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver across London, including homes, hotels, serviced apartments, and short-stay accommodation. Delivery details are confirmed by email.
When is my deposit refunded?
Deposits are refunded within 3–5 working days after collection and inspection of the equipment.
Is the equipment suitable for my child?
All equipment should be used in line with manufacturer guidance and age or weight limits. If you’re unsure, contact us before booking.
