These Terms of Hire apply to all bookings made with Ninoty. By requesting a quote, confirming a booking, or hiring any equipment, you agree to these terms.
1. About Ninoty
Ninoty provides short-term baby equipment hire across London, including travel cots, prams, and high chairs, delivered and collected as agreed.
2. Bookings and hire period
- All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by email.
- Minimum hire periods apply and vary by item.
- When multiple items are hired together, the longest minimum hire period applies.
- Hire periods begin on the agreed delivery date and end on the agreed collection date.
3. Prices and payment
- Hire prices are confirmed by email once availability is checked.
- Payment must be made before delivery unless otherwise agreed.
4. Refundable deposits
- A refundable deposit is required for each hired item.
- Deposit amounts are shown on the website.
- Refundable deposits are capped at £150 per booking.
- Deposits are refunded after collection and inspection.
- Please allow up to 3–5 working days for refunds.
5. Non-return, damage, or loss
- If equipment is not returned, the deposit will be retained.
- Damage, missing parts, or excessive soiling may be deducted.
- If costs exceed the deposit, additional recovery may be pursued.
- Normal wear and tear is not charged.
6. Use and responsibility
- Equipment must be used in line with manufacturer guidance.
- Adult supervision is required at all times.
- The customer is responsible from delivery to collection.
7. Delivery and collection
- Delivery and collection times are agreed by email.
- A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required.
- Missed slots may incur charges.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
